Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required. Products that have been personalized, customized, or specifically made to order are not eligible.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or card issuer to reflect the credit.

Non-Returnable Items

• Activated, partially used, or expired gift cards
• Perishable food and beverage items (once opened or past best-by date)

• Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at time of purchase

Conditions

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (incorrect item, defective product). Items must be returned in saleable condition.
